Abstract

This research aims to determine the workload and stress on organizational membership behavior (OCB) and the performance of employees of PT. Multitek Indopanca jakarta. The object for this study is employees at PT. Multitek Indopanca Jakarta. This study was conducted on 60 respondents using the PLS path analysis method. So the data analysis used is partial analysis (t). The results of this study indicate that variables, work variables and stress have a significant negative effect on the variables of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), the variable workload and work stress that have a significant effect on employee performance variables, and organizational positive citizenship behavior (OCB) variables are significantly positive on performance variables. employees at PT. Multitek Indopanca Jakarta. Keywords: workload, work stress, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stress kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan PT. Multitek Indopanca jakarta. Objek untuk penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Multitek Indopanca Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisa jalur PLS. Jadi analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis berupa uji parsial (t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel beban kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), variabel beban kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dan variabel organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan di PT. Multitek Indopanca Jakarta. Kata kunci: beban kerja, stress kerja, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kinerja karyawan
