Abstract
PT.AHM is a company enganged in the production of motorcycles. Running time and technology in the production process PT.AHM many changes and of course more efficiency in term of production process to the efficiency of production time and expense of the company and expenditure of the company and the run time increases the amount of production is also increasing the number of reject production. In this research in 2015 there is a rejet part crank case l with the number that continues to increase until the end of 2017 for that research focus on reject part crank case l is reject defect area numbering. Six sigma is used to determine what factors are causing reject in the crank casel part by using CTQ diargam, fishbone diagram, and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and recomending improvement through control phase with action planning table for modes on six sigma for machine parts do preventive maintenance as improvement on machine to be able to reduce reject at part crank case l and PT.AHM performance can be optimal. Keywords : Six Sigma, Pareto Chart, CTQ diagram , fishbone, FMEA, Action Planning for Modes PT. AHM merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi sepeda motor. Seiring berjalan nya waktu dan teknologi dalam proses produksi PT.AHM banyak mengalami perubahan dan tentu nya lebih efisiensi dalam hal proses produksi untuk dapat mengefisiensi waktu produksi dan pengeluaran perusahaan.seiring berjalannya waktu semakin meningkatan jumlah produksi semakin meningkat pula jumlah reject produksi. Dalam penelitian ini pada tahun 2015 terdapat reject part crank case l dengan jumlah yang terus meningkat hingga akhir tahun 2017 untuk itu peneliti fokus terhadap reject part crank case l dengan mengambil sampel tahun 2017, jumlah reject terbesar pada part crank case l tersebut yaitu reject defect area numbering. Six Sigma digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya reject pada part crank case l dengan menggunakan diagram CTQ, diagram fishbone dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), serta merekomendasikan perbaikan melalui fase control dengan tabel Action Planning for Modes pada Six Sigma untuk bagian mesin dilakukannya preventive maintenance sebagai improvement pada mesin untuk dapat mengurangi reject pada part crank case l dan kinerja PT.AHM dapat optimal Kata Kunci : Six Sigma, Diagram Pareto, Diagram CTQ, fishbone, FMEA, Action Planning for Modes
