Abstract

The CNC testing process is the final stage in the process of making or printing images. In this process, a CNC machine is a machine that is controlled by a computer using numerical language (command data with code numbers, letters and symbols) according to ISO standards. This CNC technology work system will be more synchronous between computers and mechanics, so that when compared with similar machine tools, CNC machine tools are more precise, more precise, more flexible and suitable for mass production. Universal Gcode Sender (UGS) Universal Gcode Sender is software that can convert a desktop or PC computer into a CNC machine controller device. Universal Gcode Sender is very rich in features and provides great value for CNC control package requirements. Universal Gcode Sender works on PC windows to control motorized devices both servo motors and stepper motors by processing G-Code. Therefore this tool has several functions that can be used to create a control system. Programs can be arranged through coding which is then uploaded to the device so that it can function in accordance with the workflow that we make. With this tool, the operation of the CNC Machine can be done more easily and accurately through G Code Sender Keywords: CNC, Control System, Arduino Uno, Universal G Code Sender Proses pengujian CNC merupakan tahap akhir pada proses pembuatan atau pencetakan gambar. Pada proses ini, Mesin CNC adalah suatu mesin yang dikontrol oleh komputer dengan menggunakan bahasa numerik (data perintah dengan kode angka, huruf dan simbol) sesuai standart ISO. Sistem kerja teknologi CNC ini akan lebih sinkron antara komputer dan mekanik, sehingga bila dibandingkan dengan mesin perkakas yang sejenis, maka mesin perkakas CNC lebih teliti, lebih tepat, lebih fleksibel dan cocok untuk produksi masal. Universal Gcode Sender (UGS) Universal Gcode Sender merupakan software yang dapat mengubah computer desktop atau PC menjadi sebuah perangkat controller mesin CNC. Universal Gcode Sender sangat kaya akan fitur dan memberikan nilai yang besar untuk kebutuhan paket control CNC. Universal Gcode Sender bekerja pada PC windows untuk mengendalikan perangkat motor baik motor servo maupun motor stepper dengan mengolah G-Code. Oleh karena itu Alat ini memiliki beberapa fungsi yang dapat digunakan dalam mebuat suatu sistem kontrol. Program dapat diatur melalui coding yang kemudian diupload ke dalam perangkat sehingga dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan alur kerja yang kita buat. Dengan alat ini, pengoperasian Mesin CNC dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan akurat melalui G Code Sender Kata kunci :CNC, SistemKendali, Arduino Uno, Universal G Code Sender
