Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of variable Liquidity, Solvability, Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner on Firm Values with empirical studies on Agricultural Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The population in this study were 18 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples is 12 companies from 2013 to 2017. The results of the study show that Liquidity (CR) has a significant influence on firm value. Solvability (DER) has a significant influence on firm value. The Audit Committee does not have a significant influence on the firm value. The Independent Commissioner does not have a significant effect on the firm value. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, and Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Komite Audit, Komisaris Independen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan studi empiris pada Perusahaan Pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah 12 perusahaan periode 2013 sampai 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas (CR) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas (DER) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Komite Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Komisaris Independen tidak memiliki berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Komite Audit, Komisaris Independen, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
