Abstract

The medical officer is a party that has expertise in the health field and patients are sick people who need help to cure the disease. Therapeutic communication is the interpersonal relationships between patients with doctors planned consciously aimed at healing the patient. The purpose of this research is to understand how therapeutic communication process between the medical officer and the outpatients in medical services in the health Subdistrict Kalideres. How the interaction of verbal and non-verbalnya, as well as to find out the factor menghambatan in the activities of the therapeutic communication between patient and medical officer This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods capture data source using the techniques of observation and sampling purpose i.e. with the kind of in-depth interviews to key informant and the informant as well as secondary data obtained from the study of the literature. And validity of the data was tested with the technique of triangulation The results of this research deals with the therapeutic communication is applied to the medical officer and the patient is interpersonal communication whose purpose is to help patients reduce the burden of feelings and thoughts and be able to take effective action for the patient. by a factor of trust and openness about the disease the patient history and maintain eye contact is something important. Key words: interpersonal communication, therapeutic communication, therapeutic communication between patient and medical officers. Petugas medis adalah pihak yang mempunyai keahlian di bidang kesehatan dan pasien adalah orang sakit yang membutuhkan bantuan untuk menyembuhkan penyakit yang dideritanya. komunikasi terapeutik merupakan hubungan interpersonal antara dokter dengan pasien yang direncanakan secara sadar yang bertujuan untuk kesembuhan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana proses komunikasi terapeutik antara petugas medis dan pasien rawat jalan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres. Bagaimana interaksi verbal dan non verbalnya, serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang menghambatan dalam kegiatan komunikasi terapeutik antara petugas medis dan pasien Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang pengambilan sumber data menggunakan teknik observasi dan purpose sampling yaitu dengan jenis wawancara secara mendalam kepada key informan dan informan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka. Dan keabsahan data yang diuji dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai komunikasi terapeutik yang diterapkan petugas medis dan pasien adalah komunikasi interpersonal yang Tujuannya adalah membantu pasien mengurangi beban perasaan dan pikiran serta dapat mengambil tindakan yang efektif untuk pasien.dengan faktor kepercayaan dan keterbukaan mengenai riwayat penyakit pasien dan mempertahankan kontak mata merupakan sesuatu hal yang penting.
