Abstract
Title: Parking Availability Analysis For Occupants Green Parkview Apartments, Name: Ayu Setya Arifianti, Nim: 41115120076, Lecturer : Ir. Zainal Arifin, MT In urban areas, the problem that arises is the narrow land with the demand for occupancy is high enough so that the solution of the problem is to build apartment. Residential development with narrow land use becomes the main attraction for developers in Jakarta to meet the demand level of occupancy. As happened at Green Parkview apartments. The construction of this apartment is in fact well-supported with its strategic place. The location of the apartments close to the shelters of the Sumur Bor and the Rawa Buaya railway station make this apartment sell well. The building of Green Parkview apartment itself is a dilemma for developers due to limited land available to meet the parking capacity for the residents. Especially for the construction of parking facilities. This research method for the analysis of parking capacity in the apartment related to the construction of F and G tower. With the existing problems the authors try to analyze the availability of parking lots in the apartment with the study on Saturday, November 17, 2017, Sunday, December 3, 2017, Wednesday, December 6, 2017. The method is to take into account the existing capacity by analyzing the volume of vehicles which parked mainly cars. Then the author tries to calculate the parking index, parking duration, parking turn over. The author also analyzes the performance of the Daan Mogot road which is the arterial road connecting the gate to the apartment. The study was conducted on Sunday 7 January 2018 and on Monday January 8, 2018. From the results of the study the authors conclude that the capacity of parking space on Sunday exceeds the existing capacity of 279 vehicles. The value of the weekly parking index reached 87.75%, the average duration of parking 3 hours 24 minutes, the turnover rate is 9 parking turnover / SRP / Day. So some vehicles parallel parking and parking in front of the shop. Pembangunan hunian dengan pemanfaatan lahan yang sempit menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi developer di Jakarta untuk memenuhi tingkat permintaan hunian. Seperti yang terjadi pada apartement Green Parkview. Pembangunan apartement ini nyatanya laku keras didukung dengan tempatnya yang strategis. Lokasi apartement yang dekat dengan shelter busway sumur bordan stasiun kereta rawa buaya membuat apartement ini laku keras. Pembangunan apartment Green Parkview sendiri merupakan dilemma bagi developer karena keterbatasan lahan yang ada untuk memenuhi kapasitas parkir bagi para penghuni. Terlebih untuk pembangunan fasilitas parkir. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menganalisa terpenuhinya kapasitas parkir di apartement tersebut terkait pembangunan tower F dan G. Dengan permasalahan yang ada penulis mencoba melakukan analisa ketersediaan lahan parkir di apartement tersebut dengan penelitian pada Hari Sabtu, 17 November 2017, Hari Minggu 3 Desember 2017, Hari Rabu, 6 Desember 2017. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan mempehitungkan kapasitas yang ada dengan menganalisa volume kendaraan yang terparkir terutama mobil. Kemudian penulis mencoba memperhitungan indeks parkir, durasi parkir, parking turn over. Penulis juga menganalisa kinerja ruas jalan Daan Mogot yang mana jalan tersebut adalah jalan arteri yang menghubungkan pintu gerbang menuju apartement. Penelitian dilakukan pada Hari Minggu 7 Januari 2018 dan pada Hari Senin 8 Januari 2018. Dari hasil penelitian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kapasitas lahan parkir pada hari Minggu melebihi kapasitas yang ada yaitu 279 kendaran. Nilai dari indeks parkir hari minggu mencapai 87.75%, durasi rata – rata parkir 3 jam 24 menit, Angkar pergantian parkir sebanyak 9 Kendaraan/ SRP / Hari. Sehingga sebagian kendaraan parkir parallel dan parkir di depan ruko. Sedangkan untuk kinerja ruas jalan DS di dapat pada nilai <0.6 Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan jalan ( LOS ) tersebut A Kata Kunci :Apartemen Green Parkview, Kapasitas Parkir, Kinerja Ruas Jalan Daan Mogot KM 14
