Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the previous year's audit opinion, company growth and the company's financial condition on the tendency of receiving going concern modification audit opinion. The population in this study is a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013-2017 which has been audited and published. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling. Based on certain criteria determined by the author, 8 samples were obtained. The method used to analyze the relationship between variables is the logistic regression method. After data analysis, the results of the study show that the previous year's audit opinion variable had a significant effect on the acceptance of going concern modification opinion while the results for the company's growth variables and financial conditions did not significantly influence opinion acceptance. going concern modification Keywords: previous year's audit opinion, company growth, financial condition, going concern modification audit opinion, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari opini audit tahun sebelumnya, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kondisi keuangan perusahaan terhadap kecenderungan penerimaan opini audit modifikasi going concern. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode tahun 2013-2017 yang telah diaudit dan dipublikasikan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria–kriteria tertentu yang ditentukan penulis, maka diperoleh 8 sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel adalah metode regresi logistik. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel opini audit tahun sebelumnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan opini modifikasi going concern sedangkan hasil untuk variable pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kondisi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan opini modifikasi going concern.
