Abstract

This study to know about the influence of work discipline on employee performance, about the effect of job stress on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees who work in PT work of bright solar son who is ready in Tangerang. This study was conducted on employees of the telefundrising division. This research uses a quantitative approach with the research design used is a causal research design. The data taken is the questionnaire data to PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang employees. SPSS version 23. The results showed that the variables of cooperation and significant to employee performance and work stress variable significantly insignificantr to employee performance PT Karya Putra surya Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, tentang pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek peneitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT karya putra surya gemilang yang berlokasi di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan divisi telefundrising yang berjumlah 35 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan data kuesioner terhadap karyawan kontrak PT karya putra surya gemilang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan apikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak PT karya putra surya gemilang. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja,Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
