Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Firm Size, Profitability and Leverage to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD). Dependent variable is Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD), while Independent variable Firm Size, Profitability and Leverage. The population of this study is a manufacture company sub sector of the consumer of goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, obtained as many as 18 companies that become research samples. The results of this study note that the variable size of the Company and Profitability have a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. While Leverage variable has no significant effect to Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Keywords: Firm Size, Profitability, Leverage and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Leverage Terhadap Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan. Variabel dependen yaitu Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan, sedangkan variabel Independen Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Leverage. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh sebanyak 10 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variable Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial. Sedangkan Variabel Leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Pengungkapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan.
