Abstract

This reseach was conducted in order to test the relationship between Working Environment and Job Satisfaction on Coplayer who work at Cosplay Café. Quantitative method is used for this research. Using cencus data the sample size in this research is n =130 which is equal to population size. Working Environment variable was measure using the adaptation from Working Environment questionnaire by Alex Nitisemito which consist of 24 items. Meanwhile Job Satisfaction variavle was measured using the adaptation of Spector’s Job Satisfaction Survey which consist of 23 items. In Order to find the correlation between two variables, researcher used SPSS ver. 20.0 with Pearson Correlation analyze. The result show that the relationship between the two variables is positive correlation with r = 0.389. In other words, there is a correlation between Working Environment and Job Satisfaction on Coplayer who work at Cosplay Café Key Words: working environment, job satisfaction, cosplayer, cosplay cafe Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan Working Environment dan Job Satisfaction pada Cosplayer yang bekerja di Cosplay Café.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan total n= 130 dengan metode pengambilan sample jenuh. Working Environment diukur menggunakan adaptasi skala Working Environment model Alex Nitisemito yang terdiri dari 24 item. Sedangkan Job Satisfaction menggunakan adaptasi dari Job Satisfaction Survey Spector yang terdiri dari 23 item. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.0 dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson untuk melihat hubungan antara, Working Environment sebagai variabel independen dan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel dependent Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara Working Environment dan Job Satisfaction pada Cosplayer yang bekerja di Cosplay Café, dengan nilai r = 0.389.
