Abstract

This research is motivated by the high interest of the community in loans with the grameen bank method. PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara is one of the financial institutions that focuses on lending with the grameen bank method. To be able to compete with other banks, PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara must pay attention to the quality of services provided, interest rates charged, and credit procedures that must be done to attract customers. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, interest rates, and credit procedures on credit decision making with the grameen bank method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents customers of Mandiri Women's Credit at PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara Ciomas Unit. The results showed that service quality, credit interest rates and credit procedures had a positive and significant effect on credit decision making using the grameen bank method in PT.BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara. Keywords: Service Quality, interest rates, Credit Procedures and credit decision making Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi tingginya minat masyarakat akan pinjaman dengan metode grameen bank. PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang ikut fokus dalam menyalurkan kredit dengan metode grameen bank. Untuk dapat bersaing dengan bank lain, PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, suku bunga yang dibebankan, serta prosedur kredit yang harus dilakukan untuk dapat menarik nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan , suku bunga, serta prosedur kredit terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit dengan metode grameen bank. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden nasabah Kredit Wanita Mandiri di PT BPR Daya Perdana Nusantara Unit Ciomas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, suku bunga kredit dan prosedur kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit dengan metode grameen bank.
