Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, profitability, Audit Committee and company size on firm value (studies on food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015). Leverage is proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Profitability is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV), the Audit Committee is proxied by the number of audit committee members while the size of the company is based on total assets. The sample in this study consisted of 9 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were determined by purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. From the results of this study indicate that the Leverage and Profitability variables have a significant effect on firm value, while the Audit Committee and Company Size variables do not affect the value of the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio leverage, profitabilitas,Komite Audit dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan ( studi pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2015). Leverage diproksikan oleh Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Profitabilitas diproksikan oleh Price Book Value (PBV), Komite Audit diproksikan oleh jumlah anggota komite audit sedangkan ukuran perusahaan didasarkan pada total aset. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 9 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang di tentukan dengan metode purposive sampling . Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Leverage dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel Komite Audit dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Komite Audit, Nilai Perusahaan.
