Abstract

Application of Document Creation according to Quality Goals of Staff Technical Writer at PT Murni Solusindo Nusantara is an application designed to support the process of requesting documents and write documents at unit Technical Writer. Technical Writer is the unit of making documents requested by the applicant. In request and manufacture of documents must be required approval, review so that the documents requested in accordance with the application given. In carrying out its duties, the Technical Writer has quality objectives to be achieved each month. This application was developed with Waterfall model, CodeIngniter framework, PHP programming language and MySQL database. Keywords: Documents, Quality Goals, Requests Aplikasi Pembuatan Dokumen Sesuai Sasaran Mutu Staff Technical Writer pada PT Murni Solusindo Nusantara merupakan aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses permohonan dokumen dan pembuatan dokumen pada unit kerja Technical Writer. Technical Writer adalah unit yang bertugas membuat dokumen yang diminta oleh permohon. Dalam permintaan dan pembuatan dokumen dibutuhkan approval, review sehingga dokumen yang diminta sesuai dengan permohonan yang diberikan. Dalam menjalakan tugasnya, Technical Writer memiliki sasaran mutu yang harus dicapai setiap bulannya. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan pada proses permohonan pembuatan dokumen oleh pemohon dan proses pengolahan permohonan pembuatan dokumen yang menjadi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Technical Writer. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Waterfall model menggunakan framework CodeIngniter, bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci: Dokumen, Sasaran Mutu, Permohonan
