Abstract
This research is to know the effect of Corporate Governance and Environmental Performance on Corporate Value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. Corporate governance in this study consists of three components: Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and Frequency of General Meeting of Shareholders. The object of this research uses potential companies in environmental pollution namely mining industry, agricultural and pharmaceutical industries listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and companies participating in the Performance Rating Program of the Company in Environmental Management (PROPER) PERIOD 2012-2016. The sample in this research is 10 companies by using purposive sampling method. This research uses statistical analysis method regards the form of multiple regression test. The results of this study show that partially (t test) and simultaneous (F test), Environmental Performance (PROPER) have an effect on company value, while Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee and Frequency of General Meeting of Shareholders have no effect to Company Value Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, General Meeting of Shareholders, Environmental Performance, Price to Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Kinerja lingkungan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diukur dengan rasio Price to Book Value (PBV). Tata kelola Perusahaan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu Kepemilikan Institusional, Komite Audit dan Frekuensi Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham. Objek penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan yang berpotensi dalam pencemaran lingkungan yaitu industri pertambangan, industri pertanian dan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) serta perusahaan yang berpartisipasi dalam Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PROPER) PERIODE 2012-2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statstik salam bentuk uji regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F), variabel Kinerja Lingkungan (PROPER) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Kepemilikan Institusional, Komite Audit dan Frekuensi Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
