Abstract

In this digital era, social media is not a strange thing for society. The most like social media application is Instagram. Instagram usage has grown this day. It is not just for uploading photos and videos but it has became a media to promote business and product. Many populer brands and local brand also take advantage of these opportunities to promote their products through Instagram. The writer collaborates with one of local brand named "Buy and Love It" for making the promotion design media through Instagram. Buy and Love It has been established for 7 years. This promotion design media is more focus on digital marketing strategy and promotion design for BnL's instagram. Digital marketing strategy used is divide the posts into two categories, that is informational post and appealing post, and the post will be uploaded as the needs of the brand. This promotion media through Instagram expects people knowing more about Buy and Love It product, and also Buy and Love It's customer is increasing. Keywords: promotion media, local brand, social media, Instagram, digital marketing Di era digital ini sosial media bukanlah hal yang asing bagi masyarakat. Sosial media yang banyak digemari adalah Instagram. Saat ini penggunaan Instagram juga sudah berkembang, Instagram bukan hanya tempat untuk mengupload foto dan video lagi tapi sudah menjadi tempat untuk mempromosikan suatu usaha dan produk. Banyak brand-brand terkenal dan UKM lokal juga memanfaatkan peluang tersebut untuk mempromosikan produk mereka melalui Instagram. Dalam pembuatan desain media promosi melalui Instagram ini penulis bekerja sama dengan salah satu lokal brand yang bernama Buy and Love it. Buy and Love it sudah berdiri selama 7 tahun. Dengan dibuatnya desain media promosi melalui Instagram ini maka diharapakan masyarakat jadi lebih mengenal produk dan Buy and Love it Pada desain media promosi ini lebih memfokuskan kepada strategi digital marketing dan design promosi untuk instagram BnL . Strategi digital marketing yang digunakan adalah membagi postingan ke dalam dua kategori, yaitu postingan yang bersifat informasi dan postingan yang bersifat himbauan, kemudian postingan tersebut akan di post sesuai dengan kebutuhan brand tersebut. Dengan adanya media promosi melalui Instagram ini diharapkan masyarakat jadi lebih mengetahui tentang produk dan juga Buy and Love it, dan juga diharapkan customer dari Buy and Love it menjadi meningkat.
