Abstract
This study aims to examine the Effect of Physical Attraction on the Perfect Love (Consummate Love) of Triangle Theory of Love Sternberg on Married Psychology Students at University X. Subjects of research as many as 105 subjects, and by using the accidental sampling technique. The data were collected by using STLS (Sternberg Triangular Love Scale) and EPA (estimating physically attractiveness) instruments through an online questionnaire system. The results of analysis using simple regression analysis showed a significant influence between physical attractiveness to consummate love (consummate love) with the effective contribution of physical attractiveness to the perfect love of 25.2% and the level of significance 0.000. The results show the significance of the effect of physical attraction to perfect love in the positive direction. Keywords: physical attraction, perfect love, and a married psychology student. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Daya Tarik Fisik Terhadap Cinta Sempurna (Consummate Love) dari Teori Segitiga Cinta Sternberg pada Mahasiswa Psikologi yang Sudah Menikah di Universitas X. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 105 subjek, dan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur STLS (Sternberg Triangular Love Scale) dan EPA (estimating physically attractiveness) melalui sistem kuesioner online. Hasil analisis menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara daya tarik fisik terhadap cinta sempurna (consummate love) dengan sumbangan efektif daya tarik fisik terhadap cinta yang sempurna sebesar 25.2% dan tingkat signifikansi 0.000. Hasil menunjukkan adanya signifikansi pengaruh daya tarik fisik terhadap cinta sempurna ke arah positif. Kata kunci : daya tarik fisik, cinta sempurna, mahasiswa psikologi yang sudah menikah
