Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Risk, Easy Of Use, Trust and Information Quality on Online Purchase Decision in Lazada online Store. The object of the research is the employees in Komplek Ruko Intercon Plaza, Taman Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, by using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 215 respondent. Data analyze which used is data analysis methods Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL program 8.80. The result shows that Risk and Information Quality influence but not Significant to Purchase Decision, while Easy Of Use and Trust significantly influence the Purchase Decision. Keywords: risk, easy of use, trust, information quality and purchase decisions. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Risiko, Kemudahan, Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Informasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara Online di situs online Lazada. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Komplek Ruko Intercon Plaza, Taman Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sebanyak 215 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Risiko dan Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sementara Kemudahan dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kata kunci : Risiko, Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Informasi, Keputusan Pembelian.
