Abstract

In the contract explained that the project of building office buildings and warehouse PT. The Bezaya is held for 297 calendar days. This development is planned to begin on January 25, 2017 until January 27, 2018 which can be seen in the master schedule. The downward progress itself can be seen in the master schedule starting from the 28th week. At the 28th week is planned cumulative weight that must be done that is equal to 31.65% while the cumulative weight of its realization only reaches 24.11%. So there is a deviation of -7.54% from the original plan. It shows that the delay of work. Based on interviews with supervisors in the field, the workforce on the job of iron in indication to be the cause of the delay is due to the lack of maximum workforce in the work. This requires evaluation by analyzing the effectiveness (productivity) of the workforce. In this research, labor evaluation on the work of beam enlargement is done. The analysis is done by taking the scoring data by Work Sampling method and analyzing the data with Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) method to get solution or suggestion to overcome the delay that happened in the project of building of office building and warehouse of PT. Bezaya. The purpose of this research is to know how to collect data using Work Sampling method by combining with barchart in the form of Crew Balance and analyzing the data collecting result by using Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) method to yield the percentage value of productivity in each worker in one cycle. Results of the analysis of worker activity in the cycle of beam construction work obtained the value of Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) of 79.03%; The effectiveness (productivity) of workers from the group of beam cleaning workers is still relatively effective because the LUF value shows more than 50%, even the LUF value of the beam construction work is more than 75% which shows that the workers are very effective. From the results obtained by the researcher regarding the percentage value of Labor Utilization Factor (LUF) in beam beam workers there is no indication of a delay. Because the LUF value obtained shows more than 50%. Keywords: Productivity, Work Sampling, LUF, Beam Construction, Labor Dalam kontrak dijelaskan bahwa proyek pembangunan gedung perkantoran dan gudang penyimpanan PT. Bezaya ini dilaksanakan selama 297 hari kalender. Pembangunan ini direncanakan dimulai pada tanggal 25 Januari 2017 hingga 27 Januari 2018 yang dapat dilihat dalam master schedule. Progres menurun itu sendiri dapat dilihat dalam master schedule mulai dari minggu ke-28. Pada minggu ke-28 direncanakan bobot kumulatif yang harus terlaksana yaitu sebesar 31.65% sedangkan bobot kumulatif realisasinya hanya mencapai sebesar 24.11%. Sehingga terjadi deviasi sebesar -7.54% dari rencana awal. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa terjadinya keterlambatan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan supervisor di lapangan, tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian di indikasi menjadi penyebab dari keterlambatan tersebut dikarenakan kurang maksimalnya tenaga kerja dalam bekerja. Untuk itu dibutuhkan evaluasi dengan menganalisis terhadap efektivitas (produktivitas) dari tenaga kerja tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pembesian balok. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara mengambil data pengamatan dengan metode Work Sampling dan menganalisis data tersebut dengan metode Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) sehingga didapatkan solusi atau saran untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proyek pembangunan gedung perkantoran dan gudang penyimpanan PT. Bezaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara pengambilan data menggunakan metode Work Sampling dengan mengombinasikan dengan barchart dalam bentuk Crew Balance dan menganalisis hasil pengambilan data tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) agar menghasilkan nilai persentase produktivitas pada setiap tenaga kerja pada satu siklus. Dari hasil analisis aktivitas pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan pembesian balok yang didapatkan besarnya nilai Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) sebesar 79.03%; Efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja dari kelompok pekerja pembesian balok pada masih tergolong normal efektif dikarenakan nilai LUF menunjukkan lebih dari 50%, bahkan nilai LUF pada pekerjaan pembesian balok mencapai lebih dari 75% yang menunjukan pekerja sangat efektif. Dari hasil yang didapatkan peneliti mengenai nilai persentase Labour Utilization Factor (LUF) pada pekerja pembesian balok ini tidak terlihat indikasi terjadinya keterlambatan. Dikarenakan nilai LUF yang didapatkan menunjukan lebih dari 50%. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Work Sampling, LUF, Pembesian Balok, Pekerja
