Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic value added, earnings, and operating cash flow to stock returns on property companies and real estate that terpda in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2014-2016. Independent variables used in this research are economic value added (EVA), earnings, and operating cash flow, while for the dependent variable is stock return. The population in this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the BEI. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data obtained by 39 companies (117 samples) with the period 2014 - 2016 (3 years). Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that economic value added, earnings, and operating cash flows simultaneously affect the stock return. While partially earnings and operating cash flows have a significant effect on stock returns but economic value added (EVA) has no effect on stock returns. Keywords: Economic Value Added (EVA), Earnings, Cash Flow Operation, Stock Return Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh economic value added, earnings, dan arus kas operasi terhadap return saham pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdafrar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2014-2016. Variabel Independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah economic value added (EVA), earnings, dan arus kas operasi, sementara untuk variabel dependennya adalah return saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdafar di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data diperoleh sebanyak 39 perusahaan (117 sampel) dengan kurun waktu 2014 – 2016 (3 tahun). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa economic value added, earning, dan arus kas operasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Sedangkan secara parsial earnings dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham tetapi economic value added (EVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.
