Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Website Quality, Price Perceptions, Trust and Security of Online Purchase Decision on Hijab Supplier. Variables in this research consist of Website Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), Trust, (X3), and Security (X4) as independent variable and Purchase Decision (Y) as independent variable. The population in this study is Hijab Supplier consumers spread from various regions. The sample in this study amounted to 50 consumers who are in Jakarta. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used is sem-lisrel. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the quality of the website has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase online Hijab Supplier. Price perception variable has a negative effect on online purchasing decision on Hijab Supplier. Confidence variables have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision on Hijab Supplier. Security variables have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions on Hijab Supplier. Price variables that need to be considered is able to provide competitive prices at other sellers who sell similar products. Suggestions that need to be considered is to see the market price for consumers to keep making repeated purchases of Hijab Supplier. Keywords: Website Quality, Price Perception, Trust, Security, Online Purchasing Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Website, Persepsi Harga, Kepercayaan dan Keamanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian online pada Hijab Supplier. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Kualitas Website (X1), Persepsi Harga (X2) , Kepercayaan, (X3), dan Keamanan (X4) sebagai variable bebas dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai variable tidak bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Hijab Supplier yang tersebar dari berbagai daerah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 konsumen yang berada di jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan sem-lisrel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas website berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online Hijab Supplier. Variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Hijab Supplier. Variabel Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Hijab Supplier. Variabel keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap keputusan pembelian online pada Hijab Supplier. Variabel harga yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mampu memberikan harga yang bersaing pada penjual lain yang menjual produk sejenis. Saran yang perlu diperhatikan adalah melihat harga pasar agar konsumen tetap melakukan keputusan pembelian berulang terhadap Hijab Supplier.
