Abstract

Capital markets play an important role in the world economy, the role of the company's capital market is the availability of funds from investors to companies while on the side of investors are expected to return on the return of deposit funds. The purpose of the investors' investment rate of return is obtained as much as possible with a small degree of risk, because the investors are expected to have the ability to predict future of the stock prices for his purpose of these investments. Stock price analysis can be done by examining the financial ratios of the company.This research aims to know the financial ratios of the influence Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) of the Stock Prices. This research was conducted during the period 2012- 2015 with a sample of 6 companies listed in the Textile & Garment on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis method used is the Panel Data Analysis. Regression model testing conducted by a statistical test is the coefficient of determination and Model Testing Panel Data Regression and Testing Panel Data Regression Coefficients. Based on research conducted obtain the result that, on the coefficient determination test showed that the three variables is enough to explain the movement of Stock Price, based on the simultaneous test showed that ROA, EPS and ROE significant effect on Stock Price. While based on partially test results showed that the variable EPS and NPM significant effect on Stock Return, while variable ROA not significant effect on Stock Prices. Keywords: Re t u r n On A s s e t (ROA) , Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Stock Prices. Pasar modal memainkan peranan yang penting dalam dunia perekonomian, peran pasar modal dari sisi perusahaan adalah tersedianya dana dari investor ke perusahan sedangkan dari sisi investor diharapkan akan dapat pengembalian hasil dari penyetoran dana tersebut. Tujuan dari para investor terhadap investasinya adalah memperoleh tingkat pengembalian yang sebesar-besarnya dengan tingkat resiko yang kecil. Oleh kerena itu para investor diharapkan mempunyai kemampuan untuk memprediksi harga saham yang akan datang demi mencapai tujuannya dari investasi tersebut. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan return on asset, earning per share dan net profit margin terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama periode 2012–2015 dengan sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan textile & garment yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Data Panel. Pengujian model regresi dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu Koefisien Determinasi dan Pengujian Model Regresi Data Panel serta Pengujian Koefisien Regresi Data Panel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil yaitu, pada uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa keempat variabel sudah cukup dapat menjelaskan dari pergerakan Harga Saham, berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukan bahwa ROA, EPS dan NPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sementara berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel EPS dan NPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Sementara variable ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kata kunci: Return On Asset s (ROA), Earning Per Share(EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Harga Saham
