Abstract

Data Management System at Islamic Village of Student Cooperative (KOPKAS) Islamic Village Tangerang currently underway: member registration, sales transactions, storage and reporting has not provided accurate and accurate information. Registration of cooperative members often occurs redundancy (waste of data), and sales transactions are operated still using the ledger so often errors in the calculation of savings and processes, not yet efficient because it still uses paper, the procedure is long and time consuming and accuracy and speed still use paper, long and time-consuming procedures and the accuracy and speed in reporting is still less effective because the data processing is still using Ms. Excel. With the existing problems, the researchers proposed a web-based cooperative system, using the method pieces. System design using object-oriented analysis method with Unified Modeling Language (UML), programing language using PHP with user interface using Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2018 and MySQL as database. The proposed system can make it easier for users to find information and compile cooperative reports with better report format more neat, secure cooperative data security because of the login menu. Keywords: Application, information system, employee cooperative Islamic Village School Sistem Pengelolaan data pada Koperasi Karyawan Sekolah (KOPKAS) Islamic Village Tangerang yang berjalan saat ini diantaranya: pendaftaran anggota koperasi, transaksi penjualan, simpan pinjam dan pembuatan laporan belum memberikan informasi secara tepat dan akurat. Pendaftaran anggota koperasi sering terjadi redudansi (pemborosan) data, dan transkasi penjualan dikoperasi masih menggunakan buku besar sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penghitungan proses simpan pinjam, belum efisien karena masih menggunakan kertas, prosedur yang panjang dan memakan waktu serta keakuratan maupun kecepatan masih menggunakan kertas, , prosedur yang panjang dan memakan waktu serta keakuratan maupun kecepatan dalam pembuatan laporan masih kurang efektif karena pengolahan data tersebut masih menggunakan Ms. Excel. Dengan permasalahan yang ada, maka peneliti mengusulkan system koperasi berbasis web, menggunakan metode pieces. Perancangan system menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dengan user interface menggunakan Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2018 dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem yang diusulkan dapat memudahkan user mencari informasi dan menyusun laporan koperasi dengan baik format laporan lebih rapih, keamanan data koperasi terjamin karena adanya menu login.
