Abstract

There are so many places of tutoring in the city of Tangerang to meet the needs of learners who are considered less than the maximum if only learning in school, but many parents who prefer to bring home teachers to be more effective and efficient, parents often feel confused to find a private teacher in accordance with their wants and needs, on the other hand private tutor was confused how to offer themselves to teach and increase income for himself. This is felt to make it less effective in the search process of Teachers and Disciples in the city of Tangerang. In today's technological development, many people are using technology to simplify search and save time in searching for Private Teachers in Tangerang city manually. The study titled "Private Teachers Search Application in Tangerang City Based on WEB" aims to facilitate the community and the parents in the process of finding private teachers in the city. In designing this application, the researcher uses prototype method as software development methodology. Tools used are diagrams - diagrams UML, PHP, and MySQL in building website applications. The results of this system design is expected to facilitate the community as well as the parents in the search process and provide information about private teachers with details. Keywords: System, Search, Private Teachers, Web, Prototype. Terdapat banyak tempat les di kota Tangerang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik yang dianggap masih kurang maksimal jika hanya belajar di sekolah, namun banyak juga para orang tua yang lebih memilih mendatangkan guru privat ke rumah agar lebih efektif dan efisien, para orang tua sering kali merasa bingung untuk mencarikan guru privat yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka, di sisi lain guru privat pun merasa bingung bagaimana cara menawarkan diri untuk mengajar dan menambah pemasukan untuk dirinya. Hal ini dirasa membuat kurang efektif didalam proses pencarian Guru maupun Murid yang ada di kota Tangerang. Pada perkembangan teknologi saat ini, sudah banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan teknologi untuk mempermudah pencarian dan menghemat waktu didalam melakukan pencarian Guru Privat di kota Tangerang secara manual. Penelitian dengan judul “Aplikasi Pencarian Guru Privat di Kota Tangerang Berbasis WEB” bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat maupun para orang tua didalam proses pencarian guru privat di kota. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, peneliti menggunakan metode prototype sebagai metodologi perkembangan perangkat lunak. Tools yang digunakan adalah diagram – diagram UML, PHP, dan MySQL dalam membangun aplikasi website. Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah masyarakat maupun para orang tua didalam proses pencarian dan memberikan informasi mengenai guru privat dengan detailnya.
