Abstract

Information System for Procurement of Web Based Cooperative Books On Al-Ikhlas Islamic School Foundation is an application used to manage and store book procurement data. Not optimal data processing of book procurement causes difficulty getting book order approval, finding information about book data, making report of book procurement data not yet enough, and often mistake in calculation amount of book stock. Therefore required an application that can support and solve the problem. Based on these problems, the author intends to compose the final task by taking the title "Procurement Information System Books Web-Based Cooperative On Yayasan SD Islam Al-Ikhlas". The data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The author hopes that this application can monitor the cooperative foundation SD Islam al-Ikhlas in the process of data processing procurement book, assist the cooperative staff in entering and processing data entry book and also monitor in making report data of income and payment report so as able to improve cooperative effort of foundation SD Islam al-ikhkas itself. Keywords: Information System, Submission of Book Procurement Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Pengadaan Buku Koperasi Berbasis Web Pada Yayasan SD Islam Al-Ikhlas adalah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola dan menyimpan data pengadaan buku. Belum optimalnya pengolahan data pengadaan buku menyebabkan sulitnya mendapatkan persetujuan pemesanan buku, mencari informasi tentang data buku, pembuatan laporan data pengadaan buku yang belum memadai, serta sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam perhitungan jumlah stock buku. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang bisa mendukung dan memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis bermaksud menyusun tugas akhir dengan mengambil judul “ Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Pengadaan Buku Koperasi Berbasis Web Pada Yayasan SD Islam Al-Ikhlas”. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Penulis berharap agar aplikasi ini dapat memantau koperasi yayasan SD Islam al-ikhlas dalam proses pengolahan data pengadaan buku, membantu para staff koperasi dalam memasukan dan mengolah data buku masuk dan juga memantau dalam membuat laporan data pemasukkan serta laporan pembayaran sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha koperasi yayasan SD Islam al-ikhkas itu sendiri.
