Abstract

Procurement system (E-procurement) is an information technology used to perform procurement data processing, In the development of information technology is able to facilitate and support the implementation of office opoerational activities. Recent understanding and ideas on the procurement of goods is considered to reduce the problems that are still common. PT Bank Negara Indonesia is a company engaged in banking, where services are performed in a variety otlet or separate branches. Currently business processes that run mainly on the procurement process is still simple. The ordering process or procurement still using manual notes, from one branch otlet to SDM then newly passed by the vendor. In the vendor of new goods will be processed for some time and then delivered to the otlet/branch ordering the goods, then in order to improve the quality and quantity of the company PT Bank Negara Indonesia will be made an application of procurement information system PT Bank Negara Indonesia Kramat web-based office that will assist in the procurement process. The Procurement Information System of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Branch Kramat will the quality and quantity of the company. Keywords: E-procurement, Procurement Sistem pengadaan barang (E-procurement) merupakan teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk melakukakan proses pengolahan data pengadaan. Dalam perkembangannya teknologi informasi mampu mempermudah dan mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan opoerasional kantor. Pemahaman dan gagasan terbaru mengenai pengadaan barang ini dinilai dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang selama ini masih sering terjadi. PT Bank Negara Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perbankan, dimana pelayanannya dilakukan di berbagai otlet atau cabang yang terpisah. Saat ini proses bisnis yang dijalankan terutama pada proses pengadaan barang masih sederhana. Proses pemesanan atau pengadaan barang masih menggunakan nota manual, dari satu otlet cabang menuju SDM kemudian baru diteruskan oleh vendor. Pada vendor barang baru akan diproses untuk beberapa waktu baru kemudian diantar kepada otlet /cabang yang memesan barang tersebut, maka demi meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas perusahaan PT Bank Negara Indonesia maka akan dibuatkan aplikasi sistem informasi pengadaan barang PT Bank Negara Indonesia kantor cabang Kramat berbasis web yang akan membantu dalam proses pengadaan barang. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Barang PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Cabang Kramat akan kualitas dan kuantitas perusahaan. Kata kunci: E-procurement, Pengadaan barang
