Abstract
The development of information technology in the rapidly growing digital era has resulted in a transition of the work system. One of them is in the field of travel services. CV XYZ is one of the travels that has a customer pickup service at the agency representative office. For that, scheduling the driver is the most important thing because the pick up of passengers depends on the existing driver's schedule. Problems that occur today, driver scheduling system is still manual by using the book that often leads to errors. One of the mistakes employees make in making manual scheduling is the ploting of drivers not in accordance with the rules often lead to fatal events. To solve the problem of driver scheduling it will be made a priority scheduling application. The algorithm used in scheduling is the priority scheduling algorithm which prioritizes the process which has high priority. To determine the priority of scheduling is done with the calculation of driver points and the number of pickups made by the driver. Then prioritize drivers whose age is older and his long tenure to pick up passengers at the agent office and deliver it to the closest route. It is expected that the priority scheduling algorithm in the Scheduling Application can generate the driver's schedule for automatically picking up travel passengers with priority scheduling. Keywords: Scheduling,Travel, Priority Scheduling. Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital yang semakin pesat berdampak menimbulkan suatu peralihan sistem kerja. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang jasa travel. CV XYZ merupakan salah satu travel yang mempunyai service penjemputan pelanggan di kantor perwakilan agent. Untuk itu, penjadwalan pengemudi merupakan hal terpenting karena penjemputan penumpang bergantung dengan jadwal pengemudi yang ada. Masalah yang terjadi saat ini, sistem penjadwalan pengemudi masih bersifat manual dengan menggunakan buku yang seringkali menimbulkan kesalahan. Salah satu kesalahan pegawai dalam melakukan pembuatan jadwal manual adalah ploting pengemudi tidak sesuai dengan aturan seringkali menyebabkan kejadian yang fatal. Untuk mengatasi masalah penjadwalan pengemudi maka akan dibuatlah aplikasi penjadwalan yang berprioritas. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan adalah algoritma priority scheduling dimana mendahulukan proses yang memiliki prioritas yang tinggi. Untuk menentukan prioritas penjadwalan dilakukan dengan penghitungan point pengemudi dan banyaknya penjemputan yang dilakukan oleh pengemudi. Kemudian memprioritaskan pengemudi yang usia nya lebih tua dan masa kerjanya sudah lama untuk melakukan penjemputan penumpang di kantor agent dan mengantarkannya ke trayek terdekat. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan algoritma priority scheduling pada Aplikasi penjadwalan tersebut dapat menghasilkan jadwal pengemudi untuk penjemputan penumpang travel secara otomatis dengan penjadwalan yang berprioritas.
