Abstract

Judul : Analysis of Labor Productivity on Installation of Floor Plate Iron with Work Sampling Method (Case Study Loftvilles City Apartement Tangerang Selatan Project), Name : Rian Fathurrohim, NIM : 41114010078, Supervisor :Ir. Mawardi Amin, MT. The labor productivity is one of the critical success factors of a construction project. In measuring the level of productivity there are various ways, one of which is by research the level of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) with work sampling method where workers are grouped according to work activity . Research with the observation in one cycle time work. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of productivity. This research is done in Loftvilles City Apartement South Tangerang project done by make observations on worker activitys. From the results of data is done data processing to get the value of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). The result of the research is the value LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) from the group of worker in the installation stage of floor plate iron that is equal to 57,20%. Showing that (productivity) of the worker in the installation stage of floor plate iron is still effective, because the value of LUF exceeds 50%. Mawardi Amin, MT. Produktivitas dari tenaga kerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan sebuah proyek konstruksi. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja ada berbagai macam cara, salah satunya yaitu dengan meneliti besarnya tingkat LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dengan metode work sampling dimana pekerja dikelompokan menurut aktifitas kegiatan nya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meneliti aktifitas kelompok pekerja dalam satu siklus pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (produktivitas) dari tenaga kerja pada siklus pekerjaan pembesian plat lantai dilapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek Loftvilles City Apartement Tangerang Selatan dilakukan dengan cara observasi mengamati aktivitas dari pekerja pada siklus pekerjaan pembesian plat lantai dilapangan. Dari hasil pengumpulan data dilakukan proses pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor). Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) dari kelompok pekerja pembesian pada pekerjaan pemasangan besi plat lantai yaitu sebesar 57,20%. Menunjukan bahwa efektivitas (produktivitas) pekerja pada siklus pemasangan besi plat lantai masih efektif, dikarenakan nilia LUF melebihi 50%.
