Abstract
This research is to know the influence of Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at SMPI and SMKI Islam Al-Ihsan Meruya. The object of this study was the teacher and employees of the Islamic Junior High School and Islamic Junior High School Al-Ihsan. The research was conducted on 40 respondents using a quantitative approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that in T test Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on the Employee Performance at the Islamic Junior High School and Islamic Junior High School Al-Ihsan Meruya. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan SMPI dan SMKI Islam Al-Ihsan Meruya. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru dan karyawan pada SMPI dan SMKI Islam Al-Ihsan Meruya penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk regresi linier berganda (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji T Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada SMPI dan SMKI Islam Al-Ihsan Meruya. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
