Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of work satisfaction, organization culture, and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior. The object for this research is Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi West Jakarta. Quantitative-descriptive approach have employed in this study. The questionnaire have distributed to 60 respondents. Thus, SEM-PLS have adobted to run data analysis.These research founds that work satisfaction, organization culture, and work motivation have been significantly influence on organizational citizenship behavior of Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi West Jakarta. Keywords : Work satisfaction, organization culture, work motivation, organizational citizenship behavior Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Barat.
