Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of job satisfaction, workload and discipline work on employee performance. The object for this research is Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Palmerah districts of West Jakarta. Quantitative-descriptive approach have employed in this study. The questionnaire have distributed to 100 respondents. Thus, SEM-PLS have adobted to run data analysis. These research founds that job satisfaction and discipline work have been positive and significantly influence on employee performance of Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Palmerah districts of West Jakarta, and workload positive and have not been significantly influence on employee performance of Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Palmerah districts of West Jakarta. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Workload, Dicipline Work, Employee Performanc Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat, sementara itu beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat.
