Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of price, product quality and web quality on purchasing decisions in ePurchasing of the Republic of Indonesia Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency. The object of this research is all government agencies in the health sector which consist of health centers, health offices and hospitals located in “X” City. This study was conducted on 29 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach, using the Partial Least Square method. The results of this study indicate that partially, variable prices and product quality have positive and insignificant effects, while web quality variables have a significant positive effect. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t test), showing the significance value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is an influence between variable prices, product quality and web quality on purchasing decisions in health agencies in the city of “X”. Keywords: price, product quality, web quality, purchasing decision, employment, health Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas web terhadap keputusan pembelian di ePurchasing – LKPP RI. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh instansi pemerintah di bidang kesehatan yang terdiri dari puskesmas, dinas kesehatan dan rumah sakit yang berlokasi di Kota “X”. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 29 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan metode Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variable harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, sementara variable kualitas web berpengaruh positif signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji parsial (uji t), menunjukkan nilai signifikasi dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variable harga, kualitas produk dan kualitas web terhadap keputusan pembelian di instansi kesehatan kota “X”.
