Abstract
This study aims to explain the effect of emotional intelligence, competence, and motivation on the performance of lecturers at STIKOM WXYZ Jakarta. The sample of this research is 120 lecturers. Data collected directly from respondents by using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using SEM-Warp PLS Ver.3.0. software The results of this study showed that Emotional Intelligence influence on Motivation and directly affect to the Performance. Conversely, Competence has no effect on Motivation but directly affect the performance of lecturers. Together Emotional Intelligence and Competence through Motivation influence on Lecturer STIKOM WXYZ performance, when compared to the influence between variables in this study on Performance, the most influential variable on the performance of STIKOM WXYZ is Motivation. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Competence, Motivation, and Lecturer Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasaan emosional, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen di STIKOM WXYZ Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 120 orang. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan sofware SEM-Warp PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi dan juga berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja, Sebaliknya Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi namun berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kinerja dosen. Secara bersama Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kompetensi melalui Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja dosen STIKOM WXYZ, apabila dibandingkan besarnya pengaruh antar variable dalam penelitian ini terhadap Kinerja, Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja STIKOM WXYZ adalah Motivasi. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Dosen
