Abstract

crane is very needed. Tower crane become one of the important tools used to increase work productivity. And there are two types of tower crane that are often used in high-rise building, namely climbing tower crane and tied in crane. This study compared the productivity time of climbing tower crane and tied in crane using time effectiveness calculation program to the work of lifting reinforced column , formwork column, formwork of floor plates and reinforced floor plates and looking for factors and variables that can affect productivity using stastical analysis methods And the result is climbing tower crane has a better productivity time than tied in crane of 34.22% with total productivity time is 27.005 kg / hour while for tied in crane total productivity time produced is 20.119 kg / hour, then the results of factor productivity analysis get 5 important variables that can affect productivity, that is X21 (Site conditions around the project), X18 (rainy weather conditions), X11 (selection of right type of equipment), X10 (equipment layout), X2 (Economical age of equipment) with the result of regression equation formed is Y = - 0,168 + 0,310 X21 + 0,176 X18 + 0,208 X11 + 0,185 X10 + 0,199 X2 KEYWORDS: climbing tower crane, tied in crane, productivity time, productivity factors Pada bangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi kebutuhan peralatan untuk alat angkut dan bongkar seperti tower crane sangat dibutuhkan. Tower crane menjadi salah satu alat yang penting digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pekerjaan. Dan terdapat dua jenis tower crane yang sering digunakan pada bangunan gedung tingkat tinggi yaitu climbing tower crane dan tied in crane. Penelitian ini membandingkan waktu produktivitas climbing tower crane dan tied in crane menggunakan program perhitungan efektivitas waktu untuk pekerjaan pengangkatan pembesian kolom,bekisting kolom, bekisting plat lantai dan pembesian plat lantai waktu serta mencari faktor-faktor dan variabel penting apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi produktiviitas menggunakan analisis statistik. Dan hasilnya adalah climbing tower crane mempunyai waktu produktivitas yang lebih baik daripada tied in crane sebesar 34.22% dengan total waktu produktivitas adalah 27.005 kg/jam sedangkan untuk tied in crane total waktu produktivitas yang dihasilkan adalah 20.119 kg/jam, kemudian hasil analisis faktor produktivitas mendapat 5 variabel penting yang bisa mempengaruhi produktivitas, yaitu X21 ( Kondisi lokasi di sekitar proyek), X18 (kondisi cuaca seperti musim hujan, X11 (pemilihan jenis alat yang tepat), X10 (tata letak alat) , dan variabel X2 (umur ekonomis alat) dengan hasil persamaan regresi yang terbentuk adalah Y = - 0,168 + 0,310 X21 + 0,176 X18+ 0,208 X11 + 0,185 X10 + 0,199 X2 KEYWORDS: climbing tower crane, tied in crane, waktu produktivitas, faktorfaktor produktivitas
