Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, capital structure, profitability, asset effectiveness, sales growth and firm size on the firm value of plantation companies in agriculture sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research data is the annual data for the 2013-2017 observation period obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From a population of 16 plantation firm, 11 firm met the criteria to be the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is regression with panel data using Fixed Effect Model with R2 value 80.54 percent. The results showed that sales growth has an positive influence on the firm value, while liquidity has an negative influence. Capital structure, profitability, asset effectiveness and firm size does not have any influence to the firm value. Sales growth is the biggest variable in influencing firm value. Keywords: firm value, capital structure, profitability, firm size, liquidity, asset effectiveness, sales growth Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal, profitabilitas, efektivitas aktiva, pertumbuhan penjualan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 - 2017. Data penelitian merupakan data tahunan untuk periode observasi tahun 2013 - 2017 yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari populasi 16 perusahaan perkebunan, 11 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria menjadi sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect dengan nilai R2 sebesar 80,54 persen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berbeda dengan struktur modal, profitabilitas, efektivitas dan ukuran perusahaan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan penjualan merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan.
