Abstract

Title: Analysis of Level of Receipt of Goods / Services Providers Against E-Procurement in Ministry of State Secretariat, Name: Milatun Nasikhah, Nim: 41116110062, Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Mawardi Amin, MT., 2018. This study aims to analyze the level of acceptance or perception of goods / service providers to the implementation of e-procurement in the Ministry of State Secretariat with several research variables. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the factors that affect the interest of providers of goods / services in using e-procurement. This research uses quantitative method that is by distributing questionnaires to 30 business actors (provider of goods / services). Then the result of the questionnaire is processed using SPSS 23.00 application. Implementation of e-procurement at the Service Procurement Unit at the Ministry of State Secretariat receives a high acceptance reaction. The system is very helpful to employers and government officials in the field of procurement of goods / services, this can be proven through direct survey to the providers of goods / services registered as partners in the Ministry of State Secretariat. Research Variables use Perceived Characteristics of Innovating variable. They responded that the implementation of e-procurement application is very helpful in the process of packet auction work. The results of this study can be concluded that some variables significantly influence the interests of providers of goods / services to e-procurement applied by the Ministry of State Secretariat. Variables that show positive values include: relative advantages, ease of use, image and communicability. While the complexity variables do not show any significant effect on the interest of the provider / goods using e-procurement. Mawardi Amin, MT., 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan atau presepsi penyedia barang/jasa terhadap penerapan e-procurement di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara dengan beberapa variabel penelitian. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi minat penyedia barang/jasa dalam menggunakan e-procurement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 pelaku usaha (penyedia barang/jasa). Kemudian hasil dari kuesioner tersebut diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23.00. Penerapan e-procurement pada Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara mendapat reaksi penerimaan yang tinggi. Sistem tersebut sangat membantu pengusaha dan aparat pemerintah dalam bidang pengadaan barang/jasa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui survey secara langsung kepada para penyedia barang/jasa yang terdaftar sebagai rekanan di Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Variabel Penelitian menggunakan variabel Perceived Characteristics of Innovating. Mereka menanggapi bahwa penerapan aplikasi e-procurement sangat membantu dalam proses pelelangan paket pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penyedia barang/jasa terhadap e-procurement yang diterapkan oleh Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Variabel yang menunjukan nilai positif diantaranya: keuntungan relatif, ease of use, image dan communicability. Sedangkan variabel kompleksitas tidak menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang siginifkan terhadap minat penyedia barang/jasa menggunakan e-procurement.
