Abstract
This research aims to know the "influence of compensation and Motivation of work on performance of employees on AJB Bumiputeras 1912". This research was conducted towards the 70 respondents using a descriptive quantitative. Because this analysis the data used was statistics analysis in the form of multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the reliability coefficient (α) 0.813 to variable compensation and Work Motivation to 0.817. Simultaneous Hypothesis test results obtained the value F of 42.824 probability value (sig) = 0.000. Sig value smaller than 0.05 probability value, i.e. 0.000 < 0.05. Thus can deduce Compensation (X 1) and motivation of work (X 2) simultaneously (simultaneous) significant effect on performance of employees (Y) then the H models receive. Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada AJB Bumiputera 1912”. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena ini analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koefisien reliabilitas (α) 0,813 untuk variable Kompensasi dan 0,817 untuk Motivasi Kerja. Hasil Uji Hipotesis Simultan diperoleh nilai F sebesar 42,824 dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) = 0,000. Nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05, yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan Kompensasi (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) maka H model di terima. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
