Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of TBI Cibubur, Depok and Kota Wisata. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using the quantitative descriptive approach with nonprobability sampling method or saturated sample. The analysis used is multiple linier regression and processed with SPSS program version 23. The results of this study indicate that visionary leadership has significant and positive effect toward employees’ performance, and organizational culture has significant and positive effect on employees’ performance. Keywords : Visionary Leadership, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan visioner dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan TBI Cibubur, Depok dan Kota Wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Nonprobability Sampling, yakni sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara gaya kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Visioner, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan
