Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of pedagogic competence, personal competence and professional competence on teacher performance in Al Azhar BSD School. Research design is explanatory research type with survey method. The population is 91 Al Azhar BSD teachers with demographics who have become permanent employees, have worked for more than 3 years and taught in elementary, junior and senior high schools, determining the number of samples using Slovin technique, and 74 samples, and sampling by purposive sampling . The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression using classical research and and professional variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher competence, teacher performance experimental instruments. The results showed that the competence, competency performance. Variables of pedagogic competence, ability and professionalism. Competence variables for teacher performance, skills and professional performance. While simultaneously, independent variables, skills and professionalism and significance of teacher performance at Al Azhar BSD School. Keywords : pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Al Azhar BSD. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif berjenis riset eksplanatori dengan metode survei. Populasi adalah 91 orang guru Al Azhar BSD dengan demografi yang sudah menjadi pegawai tetap, sudah bekerja lebih dari 3 tahun dan mengajar di unit SD, SMP dan SMA, penentuan jumlah sampel populasi dengan menggunakan teknik Slovin sehingga didapat 74 sampel, dan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk dan uji asumsi klasik.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi kinerja guru, kompetensi kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan simultan, ketiga variabel bebas kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Al Azhar BSD. Kata kunci : kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi personal, kinerja guru
