Abstract

PT.Rajabarcode Asia applies employee payroll system still using manual method and there is no actual attendance system yet. The subject becomes less effective and efficient to be able to assess employee performance. Another thing that can happen is the limitations of data information obtained to be employee salary report. For that required a system that can manage payroll employees at once can deal with problems that become company difficulties. In the design of this web-based payroll application, the researcher uses waterfall model method and also system modeling that is UML (Unified Modeling Language), covering use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. So from the problem is built Web Based Employee Payroll System Applications that aims to facilitate the management of payroll employees and handle the problem of absenteeism that has not been actual and prevent errors manage data salary and absenteeism. Keyword : Payroll, Absensi, Employees, Report PT.Rajabarcode Asia menerapkan sistem penggajian karyawan masih menggunakan cara manual dan belum terdapat sistem absensi yang aktual. Perihal tersebut menjadi kurang efektif serta efisien untuk dapat menilai kinerja karyawan. Hal lain yang dapat terjadi yaitu keterbatasannya informasi data yang diperoleh untuk dijadikan laporan gaji karyawan. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengelola penggajian karyawan sekaligus bisa menangani permasalahan yang menjadi kesulitan perusahaan. Dalam perancangan aplikasi payroll berbasis web ini, peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall model dan juga pemodelan sistem yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language), meliputi diagram use case, diagram activity, diagram sequence, dan diagram class. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut dibangun Aplikasi Sistem Payroll Karyawan Berbasis Web yang bertujuan dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan penggajian karyawan dan menangani masalah absensi yang belum actual serta mencegah terjadinya kesalahan mengelola data gaji dan absensi.
