Abstract

PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidangn manufaktur UPS, Stabilizer, Server Rack dan Solar Panel mempunyai banyak cabang penjualan yang tersebar berbagai kota di Indonesia seperti di Jakarta, Bandung, Cikarang, Bekasi, Medan, Makasar dan masih banyak kota lainnya. Pada department sales and marketing akan diterapkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk melakukan perhitungan komisi para Sales sesuai dengan banyaknya penjualan yang sudah mereka selesaikan. Sistem ini juga akan sangat membantu untuk para Sales mengetahui secara jelas berapa komisi mereka setelah melakukan banyak penjualan secara real time dan up-to-date. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sistem ini akan disesuaikan dengan rumus perhitungan komisi yang selama ini berjalan manual dari PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari khususnya di Department Sales and Marketing. Sistem perhitungan komisi ini akan dibangun berbasis desktop dengan menggunakan Visual Basic 2015 dan database MySQL. Dan sistem ini dapat memberikan output berupa laporan komisi para Sales secara akurat sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja bagi para Sales dan dapat memberikan informasi untuk Manager tentang kinerja para Sales. Kata Kunci: Sistem perhitungan komisi, sales, waterfall. PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari is a company engaged in manufacturing UPS, Stabilizer, Server Rack da Solar Panel has many sales branches spread across major cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Bandung, Cikarang, Bekasi, Medan, Makasar and many other cities. In department sales and marketing will be applied an information system to perform the calculation of sales commissions in accordance with the number of sales they have completed. This system will also be very helpful for the Sales to know clearly how their commissions after making many sales in real time and up-todate. The method that will be used in this system development is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method by using Waterfall method. This system will be adjusted to the formula calculation commission that has been running manually from PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari especially in Sales and Marketing Department. This commission calculation system will be built on a desktop basis using Visual Basic 2015 and MySQL database. And this system can provide output in the form of sales commission reports accurately so as to increase morale for the Sales and can provide information to the Manager about the performance of the Sales.
