Abstract
This study aims to examine and assess the influance of the proporion of board of directiors, size of the board of commissioners, the numbers of audit committee meeting, independence of the comisiones on financial performance . The population of this study is banking companies of which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013 to 2017. The data used in this research is secondary data. Based on purposive sampling, acquired 27 companies as the sample, so as long as 5 years obsevation there were 135 companies representing the total population. Techniques of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that proportion board of directiors, size of the board of commissioners, and independence of the comisiones do not have significant effect on financial performance, the numbers of audit committee meeting have significant effect on financial performance. Keywords : Board of Directions, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Independence of Comisioners, Finansial Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh proporsi dewan direksi, ukuran dewan komisaris, jumlah rapat komite audit dan independensi dewan komisaris terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 27 perusahaan sebagai sampel, sehingga selama 5 tahun pengamatan terdapat 135 perusahaan yang mewakili populasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan direksi, dewan komisaris dan independensi dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan rapat komite auditberpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kata kunci : Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, Rapat Komite Audit, Independensi Dewan Komisaris, Kinerja Keuangan.
