Abstract

In the era of globalization, the presence of technology greatly affects all areas of life both economic, educational, defense and other security fields. Especially in Information and Communication Technology is always growing and increasingly sophisticated with new discoveries both from size, shape, ability and speed. Humans should always update the development of information and communication technology and think ahead to face the competition, meet the needs and facilitate human in finding information and receive information. In an FTTH network development project it is necessary to know the value of budget and design drawings, the value of the project budget is usually based on the Graph of Budget Plan (RAB) made based on survey and design results at the project planning stage. A project will lose its profits or arguably lose money when at the stage of development many materials are wasted in the event of RAB changes and design volumes that are irrelevant to the condition of the project site due to its underdeveloped survey and design results at the planning stage. So with the help of technology and information that has grown, the survey and design process can be made more systematic with the application that is able to support the needs in the planning phase. Background to this the author tries to create an application that can designate survey and design personnel, and save the results of surveys and designs and can provide data access survey and design results. Di era globalisasi, kehadiran teknologi sangat mempengaruhi segala bidang kehidupan baik ekonomi, pendidikan, pertahanan keamanan maupun bidang lainnya. Terlebih dalam Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang selalu berkembang dan semakin canggih dengan penemuan-penemuan barunya baik dari ukuran, bentuk, kemampuan dan kecepatannya. Manusia harus selalu update perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta berpikir lebih maju untuk menghadapi persaingan, memenuhi kebutuhan serta memudahkan manusia dalam mencari informasi maupun menerima informasi. Dalam sebuah proyek pembangunan jaringan FTTH perlu diketahui nilai anggaran dan gambar desain, nilai anggaran proyek biasanya berdasar dari kumulan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibuat berdasarkan hasil survei dan desain pada tahap perencanaan proyek. Sebuah proyek akan berkurang keuntungan nya atau bisa dibilang merugi ketika pada tahap pembangunan banyak material yang terbuang percuma diakrenakan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan RAB dan volume desain yang tidak relevan dengan kondisi lokasi proyek disebabkan kurang matang nya hasil survei dan desain pada tahap perencanaan. Maka dengan bantuan teknologi dan informasi yang telah berkembang, proses survei dan desain bisa dibuat lebih sistematis dengan adanya aplikasi yang mampu mendukung kebutuhan di tahap perencanaan. Melatarbelakangi hal tersebut penulis mencoba untuk membuat aplikasi yang bisa menunjuk tenaga survei dan desain, dan menyimpan hasil survei dan desain serta bisa memeberikan akses data hasil survei dan desain.
