Abstract
To create comfort in inhabiting a building required a well-planned and structured system. One of them is in the form of plumbing system, which serves to provide clean water and dispose of sewage and waste water to the designated place without polluting the place it passes. To meet the needs of clean water in the design of a three-story house with a building area of 20m x 14m required clean water of 1.5 m3 / day. Capacity of roof water tank used for 0.1375 m3, for the ground water tank used for 0.6 m3 and for septic tank capacity of 900 liters. The calculation result is used transfer pump to drain water from the ground water tank to the roof tank with the drainage capacity of 35 liters / minute, transfer pump head 15.2 m, and NPSHa of 8.77 m. Used booster pump to meet pressure on plumbing equipment on each floor with a drainage capacity of 10 liters / min and a minimum working pressure of 1.575 kgf / cm2. Installation of pipes installed in house walls and ceilings with transfer pump pipe size of 1 inch (25.4 mm), distribution pipes to each plumbing device of ½ inch (12.7 mm) and exhaust pipe from each place of peturasan of 3 inches (76.2 mm). Keywords: capacity, installation, pipeline, plumbing, pump Untuk menciptakan kenyamanan dalam menghuni suatu bangunan diperlukan sistem yang terencana dan terstruktur dengan baik. Salah satunya berupa sistem plumbing, yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan air bersih dan membuang air kotor dan air buangan ke tempat yang ditentukan tanpa mencemari tempat yang dilaluinya. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih pada perancangan rumah tingkat tiga lantai dengan luas bangunan 20m x 14m diperlukan air bersih sebesar 1.5 m3/hari. Kapasitas tangki penampung air atap (Roof tank) digunakan sebesar 0.1375 m3, untuk tangki air bawah (Ground Water Tank) digunakan sebesar 0.6 m3 dan untuk kapasitas septic tank sebesar 900 liter. Hasil perhitungan digunakan pompa transfer untuk mengalirkan air dari tangki air bawah menuju tangki atap dengan kapasitas pengaliran sebesar 35 liter/menit, head pompa transfer sebesar 15.2 m, dan NPSHa sebesar 8.77 m. Digunakan booster pump untuk memenuhi tekanan pada alat plumbing disetiap lantainya dengan kapasitas pengaliran 10 liter/menit dan tekanan minimum kerja sebesar 1.575 kgf/cm2. Instalasi pipa dipasang dalam tembok dan langit-langit rumah dengan ukuran pipa pompa transfer sebesar 1 inci (25.4 mm), pipa pendistribusian ke setiap alat plumbing sebesar ½ inci (12.7 mm) dan pipa pembuangan dari setiap tempat peturasan sebesar 3 inci (76.2 mm).
