Abstract

Jobs demands with faster working time and better quality is the reason why innovation needed. On Wang Residence Project in South Tangerang, the contractor applied a concrete form modification to change the spread footings support method in floor plate casting that have been applied before as an effort to minimalize over budgetinge and work delay. Based on this case authore will analizing the concrete modification innovation on floor plate work against. Spread footings rebar at Aparatement Loftvilles City Project in South Tangerang- Banten. This research is a comparative research that comparing two work method of floor plate with different method with spread footings and decking concrete and research are to find out the comparation between implementation, time implementation and project cost implementation as a result of method changing from spread footings and decking concrete to be concrete modification method. The focus of this thesis discussion is oon the floor plate work. The parameter for budget comparation is focusing in the floor plate work that besedone the budget planning. The parameter for time comparating are using work implementation planning which productivity analysing using CYCLic Operation NEtwork (CYCLONE) method. The result of this research proved that concrete modification are more effective in implementation method. The use of concrete modification needs 2 days while the use speared footongs and decking concrete need 3 days implementation reviewed from each work implementation time on rebar reinforcement installation. From the analysis result in term of floor plate work implementation there are no difference time between both method generally. But in the term on cost, concrete modification is deaper than using the spread footings and decking concrete. The cost needed for concrete modification work is Rp 4.768.008.894,- Cheaper than using spread footings and decking concrete which cost Rp 4.879.007.309,- it proved that in term of cost, floor plate work is cheaper using concrete modificationthan spread footings and decking concrete. Tuntutan pekerjaan dengan waktu kerja yang lebih cepat, serta kualitas yang lebih baik menjadi alasan suatu inovasi terjadi. Pada proyek Wang Residence di Tangerang Selatan kontraktor menerapkan metode beton modifikasi bentuk untuk merubah metode penyangga tulangan kaki ayam pada pengecoran pelat lantai yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir pembengkakan biaya dan keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan proyek. Berdasarkan hal ini penulis akan menganalisis inovasi beton modivikasi pada pekerjaan pelat lantai terhadap besi kaki ayam pada proyek Apartement Loftvilles City di Tangerang Selatan- Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif yang membandingkan dua metode kerja Pelat Lantai dengan material yang berbeda, yaitu metode plat lantai dengan tulangan kaki ayam+beton decking dan metode pelat lantai dengan inovasi beton modifikasi. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan pelaksanaan, perbandingan waktu pelaksanaan, dan perbandingan biaya pelaksanaan proyek akibat perubahan metode kaki ayam + beton decking menjadi metode beton modifikasi. Fokus pembahasan pada tugas akhir ini yaitu pekerjaan Pelat Lantai. Parameter untuk perbandingan biaya berfokus pada biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai yang berdasarkan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP). Parameter untuk perbandingan waktu menggunakan Rencana Kerja Pelaksanaan (RKP) yang analisis produktivitas pekerjaannya menggunakan metode CYCLic Operation NEtwork (CYCLONE). Hasil penelitian didapat penggunaan beton modifikasi lebih efektif dari segi metoda pelaksanaan. Penggunaan beton modifikasi membutuhkan 2 hari sedangkan penggunaan kaki ayam dan beton decking butuh 3 hari pelaksanaan jika ditinjau dari waktu pelaksanaan masing-masing pekerjaan pada pekerjaan pemasangan besi tulangan. Dari hasil analisis dilihat dari segi pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai secara keseluruhan tidak terdapat perbedaan waktu antara kedua metode. Tetapi dilihat dari biaya, beton modifikasi lebih murah dibandingkan dari penggunaan kaki ayam dan beton decking. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan beton modifikasi sebesar Rp. 4.768.008.894 lebih murah dari penggunaan kaki ayam dan beton decking Rp 4.879.007.309. Hal ini membuktikan dari segi biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai menggunakan beton modifikasi lebih efisien dibandingkan menggunakan kaki ayam dan beton decking.
