Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of ratio of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to stock price . The sample in this research consists of 8 companies selected from 24 batu bara sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Data obtained by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to know the influence of ratio of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to stock price.The results showed that While the partial Return On Asset (ROA) have a significant influence on stock price while Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has no effect on stock price. Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and stock price ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap harga saham. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 perusahaan yang dipilih dari 24 perusahaan sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) terhadap harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham.
