Abstract

This research is conducted to know and analyze how much influence Effect of Safety, Health, and Job Satisfaction To Work Productivity. The object of this research is PT. Arkonin Engineering Manggala Pratama. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research design. The type of data used in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly through the technique of distributing questionnaires, while secondary data is data supporting research that comes from reference books and journals. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Arkonin Engineering Manggala Pratama amounts to 150 people. Sample method used is probability sampling probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and determined as many as 109 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model with the help of SPSS software program version 20.00. The result of the research shows that work safety, occupational health, and job satisfaction are partially proved to have a significant influence on work productivity, and there is a simultaneous influence between safety, health and job satisfaction on work productivity. Keywords: Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Job Satisfaction, and Work Productivity Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Pengaruh Keselamatan, Kesehatan, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Arkonin Engineering Manggala Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui teknik penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder merupakan data penunjang penelitian yang bersumber dari buku referensi dan jurnal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Arkonin Engineering Manggala Pratama berjumlah 150 orang. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel probabilitas probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling dan ditetapkan sebanyak 109 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program software SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara keselamatan, kesehatan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja.
