Abstract

Universities and private universities, their role as graduate printers that fit the purpose of National Education of Indonesia one must meet accreditation standards. Accreditation of the Study Program is an assessment indicating that the Study Program is as required as it fulfills the requirements on accreditation assessment instruments from BAN-PT. Accreditation as a quality guarantee for the Study Program in college can be realized through day-to-day operational management. STTMM Industrial Engineering Program shows that the results are not yet optimal in the process of obtaining the accreditation status, the increase of the number of students and the satisfaction of the students in the category is good enough is the condition. The increasing number of universities and the open access of universities outside of Indonesia has resulted in competition. It therefore requires the means and efforts to increase the value of accreditation. Twenty-five weak form items with a value below 2 have been selected as items to be improved, using the QFD method described in the House of Quality phase 1 got 24 technical responses to answer the weak form details and at House of Quality level 2 got 24 process needs to respond to technical responses. The use of QFD in this study can provide a clear step in the strategy of increasing the accreditation value. Keywords: College, study program, accreditation, QFD, HOQ Perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta, perannya sebagai pencetak lulusan yang sesuai dengan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional Indonesia salah satunya harus memenuhi standar akreditasi. Akreditasi Program Studi merupakan penilaian yang menunjukan bahwa Program Studi tersebut sesuai yang dipersyaratkan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan pada instrumen penilaian akreditasi dari BAN-PT. Akreditasi sebagai jaminan kualitas bagi Program Studi yang ada pada perguruan tinggi dapat diwujudkan melalui pengelolaan operasional sehari-hari. Program Studi Teknik Industri STTMM menunjukan hasil yang belum optimal dalam proses memperoleh status akreditasi, peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa dan kepuasan mahasiswa pada kategori cukup baik adalah kondisi yang ada. Makin meningkatnya jumlah perguruan tinggi dan terbukanya akses perguruan tinggi luar masuk ke Indonesia memunculkan persaingan. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan cara dan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai akreditasi. Dua puluh lima butir borang lemah dengan nilai dibawah 2 telah dipilih sebagai butir yang akan diperbaiki, dengan menggunakan tahapan pada metode QFD yang tergambar pada House of Quality tahap 1 didapatkan 24 respon teknis untuk menjawab butir borang lemah dan pada House of Quality tahap 2 didapatkan 24 kebutuhan proses untuk menjawab respon teknis. Penggunaan QFD pada penelitian ini dapat memberikan langkah yang jelas dalam strategi peningkatan nilai akreditasi. Kata Kunci : Perguruan tinggi, program studi, akreditasi, QFD, HOQ
