Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian big five dengan perselingkuhan pada wanita menikah yang berselingkuh di PT X. Para subjek diberikan skala psikologi big five inventory dan infidelity scale. Skala psikologi disebarkan ke 30 subjek di PT X. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa agreeableness memiliki hubungan dengan perselingkuhan (r=.436, p<.005) sementara aspek kepribadian lainnya tidak memiliki hubungan dengan perselingkuhan. Ditemukan bahwa mayoritas subjek berpendidikan tinggi yakni S2 sebanyak 56,7%. Kata kunci : big five, agreeableness, selingkuh, wanita menikah
