Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari rasio keuangan yaitu Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Total Asset Turnover, dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham. Harga saham yang dijadikan alat ukur pada penelitian ini merupakan harga saham setelah di publishnya laporan keuangan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia di www.idx.co.id. Rasio keungan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Total Asset Turnover, dan Price Earning Ratio dapat dihitung dengan bantuan laporan keuangan yang terdapat di www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan purposive sampling yaitu memilih perusahaan properti dengan kriteria tertentu. Sampling yang didapat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 38 perusahaan properti dengan mengambil data selama lima tahun yaitu 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Total Asset Turnover yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, dan Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci : harga saham, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset, Total Asset Turnover, dan Price Earning Ratio.
