Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses seleksi, pelatihan, dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah Proyek The Windsor Ultimate Residences, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 42 responden, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa proses seleksi dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini didukung dari uji hipotesis T Statistik lebih kecil dari 1,96, sementara penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini didukung dari uji hipotesis T Statistik lebih besar dari 1,96. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel proses seleksi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja kerja dan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah Proyek The Windsor Ultimate Residences.This study was to determine the effect of the selection process, training, and job placement on employee performance. The object of this study were employees of PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah Project The Windsor Ultimate Residences, the number of respondents in this study were as many as 42 respondents, data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that the process of selection and training has no effect on the performance of employees, it is supported on the hypothesis test statistics T is smaller than 1.96, while the work placements positive effect on employee performance, it is supported on the hypothesis test statistics T is greater than 1.96. Therefore, this study stated that there is no influence between variable selection process and training to job performance between the variables of job placement on the performance of employees of PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah Project The Windsor Ultimate Residences
